Slow eLearning?
Due to internet bandwidth, local networks and people waiting until the last minute to take training, you might encounter issues with Safety, IT or any elearning including:

• loading very slowly, or not loading at all while continuing to show a loading icon,
• courses play but freeze/halt, shudder, or have the audio and video play but be out of sync.

Please be assured, The Learning Center and courses are fine.

Suggested Guidelines for eLearning:

• Be patient when taking your Safety, IT or any elearning
• Try taking training very early or late in the day
• Close ALL other applications (Q2C, CAD, Lotus Notes)
• Take training outside of the office. Connection to the Schneider Network or VPN is NOT required. You can login to www.se-learning-center.com from any internet connection. To remember the URL, either:
• email it to yourself (personal or work address)

or
• save it as a Favorite
• If using your laptop outside of Schneider, do NOT use VPN.
