2012 Safety Compliance Reports

Safety Compliance Reports are available that summarize compliance by Senior Leader hierarchy or show individual compliance. The Safety Compliance Reports are posted on the first business day of the month and do not include SafeStart.

Summarized Results by Senior Leader Hierarchy (Updated 05/01/12)

This report outlines safety training completions by displaying compliance as a percentage of completion. It is organized by Senior Leader hierarchy, including the first and second positions down the hierarchy.

Individual Results (Updated 05/01/12)

This report outlines safety training completions by displaying compliance for each individual student as a percentage of completion for their assigned safety curriculum.

• The reports are displayed in an Microsoft Excel format. Click on the report link to view the report.
• Use the drop down menus on the column headings to filter the data by Entity, Leader or Department, etc. You can select one column to filter or filter on multiple columns to refine your view of the data.
  • For example, if you want to view compliance for all of the Human Resources department, use the drop down menu on the department column and select Human Resources. This hides from view all of the rows that do not contain the selected department. If you want to refine the data further you could use the drop down menu on the Entity column and select the US entity. This hides from view any rows that do not contain both the Human Resources department and the US entity.
• The report contains only salaried individuals with a safety curriculum assignment.
• The Individual Results report is separated by Country (US, MX, CA). Click on the worksheet tab for the country you would like to view.
