The Learning Center - OD Report Job Aids

Those individuals with OD responsibilities have access to certain reports in The Learning Center. These reports are used to answer common training related questions. WebEx sessions are held periodically, or individual assistance can be provided, to learn the basics on how to run reports in The Learning Center (reporting basics).

Questions OD Reports can answer:

The following is a list of common training related questions.

• How many students are enrolled in this class and how many seats are still available?
• What is the Fill Rate for each of my classes?
• Who are the students who are scheduled to attend a class?
• How many students attended this class?
• How many students attended this class based upon the maximum available seats?
• Are my classes being fully utilized by students based on the frequency offered and seats available?
• Who is scheduled to teach X class?
• When and where am I scheduled to teach?
• Who is on a waitlist for my classes?
• Are there students on a waiting list for classes that have already occurred?
• How many students have enrolled in my class offering within a given period of time?
• Has anyone requested an offering on a course?
• Who has requested an offering on a course?
• When was a request for an offering made?
• How many students have taken this Self-Paced course?
• What courses has a particular student completed?
• What courses are employee X enrolled in?
• What courses have employees in location X completed?
• What students have completed X course?
• Learning Paths (not Safety or E&SU) - how many courses in learning path X have students done?
• Learning Paths (not Safety or E&SU) - which courses in learning path X have students completed?

The Reports

SCHELEC_Course_Offering_ Enrollment_Report_C  

This report shows enrollment information for scheduled offerings including enrollment and waitlist count and fill rate.

Answers questions like the following:

• How many students are enrolled in this class and how many seats are still available?
• What is the Fill Rate for each of my classes?

SCHELEC_Offering_Roster_ Report_D  

This report provides a roster of all students who are registered to attend an upcoming class or a list of those students who were registered for a class that has already taken place, including their completion status.

Answers questions like the following:

• Who are the students who are scheduled to attend a class?

SCHELEC_Attendees_Report_X  

This report shows the number of students who attended a class.

Answers questions like the following:

• How many students attended this class?

SCHELEC_Offering_Attendance_Summary_Report  

This report shows attendance information for a scheduled offering based onthe number of students enrolled, including enrollment count, waitlist count, completion status and fill rate.

Answers questions like the following:

• How many students attended this class based upon the maximum available seats?
• Are my classes being fully utilized by students based on the frequency offered and seats available?

SCHELEC_Instructor_ Schedule_Z  

This report shows the Instructor(s) that are scheduled for each class offering.

Answers questions like the following:

• Who is scheduled to teach X class?
• When and where am I scheduled to teach?

SCHELEC_Waitlist_Report_F  

This report shows students who are on a waitlist for a class offering, including the date they were waitlisted and the students’s position on the waitlist.

Answers questions like the following:

• Who is on a waitlist for my classes?
• Are there students on a waiting list for classes that have already occurred?

STND_Student_Enrollments (Global Knowledge)  

This report is similar to SCHELEC Course Offering Enrollment Report C, but only contains the number of enrollments in a course offering between the specified date range.

Answers questions like the following:

• How many students have enrolled in my course offering within a given period of time?

SCHELEC_Offering_Requests_Report_E  

This report shows student requests for course offerings.

Answers questions like the following:

• Has anyone requested an offering on a course?
• Who has requested an offering on a course?
• When was a request for an offering made?

SCHELEC_SelfPaced_Classes_By_Subtype  

This report shows the number of students you have completed a Self-Paced course. Report can be run for specific OD Subject and/or Subtype (Webex, Breeze, Workbook, etc.)

Answers questions like the following:

• How many students have taken this Self-Paced course?

SCHELEC_Training_History_By_User_Report_P  

This report shows a student's training history. You need to know a student's employee ID to run this report.

Answers questions like the following:

• What training has a particular student completed?
• What courses are employee X enrolled in?

STND_User_Performance, Specify Course  

This report shows course completion by Organization (location) of students between date ranges.

Answers questions like the following:

• What courses have students from an Organization (location) completed?
• What students have completed X course?

SCHELEC_Learning_Path_Compliance_Report_S  

This report displays Learning Path Compliance for an assigned Learning Path. For each student assigned a Learning Path, it displays how many courses are required for Learning Path completion and how many courses have been counted as completed toward that requirement. E&SU and Safety Learning Paths are implemented uniquely therefore require a more complicated report process.

Answers questions like the following:

• How many courses have students completed for the assigned Learning Path?
• What students in Organization (location) X have completed (or have not completed) their assigned Learning Path requirement?

SCHELEC_Learning_Path_Compliance_For_Matrix_T  

This report is similar to the Learning Path Compliance Report S but lists each course in the Learning Path and the student's status in each. There will be a line item for each course for each person. If there are 4 courses, each student will be listed 4 times. E&SU and Safety Learning Paths are implemented uniquely therefore require a more complicated report process.

Answers questions like the following:

• Which specific courses within the Learning Path has each employee completed?
