General Cancellation Policy for OD Courses
A seat is reserved in the participant's name once he/she receives the confirmation for attendance at an OD sponsored class. We do realize that last minute changes may prevent attendance. If a participant wishes to cancel his/her registration in an OD class without penalty, OD and the participant's manager must be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the class. If cancellation notice is received inside of this 4-week window and no replacement is identified by the participant's manager, cancellation charges will apply. The employee's cost center will be charged 100% of the course tuition plus 100% of any non-refundable expenses incurred by OD for the participant (e.g. non-refundable airfare or hotel charges, etc.). If a class of the same title is offered in the same calendar year, the participant can apply the tuition paid for the cancelled class to the class at a future date, if space is available. If the same class is not offered, the tuition cannot be applied to another course offering with a different course title. The participant will be responsible for all prepaid, non-refundable costs charged directly to them (e.g. airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, food, and entertainment). OD reserves the right to cancel a course up to 3 weeks before the course start date. If this occurs, you will be notified via phone call or email. Individuals that are actively enrolled at the time of cancellation of the class by OD will not be charged tuition cost.

Amended Cancellation Policy for QUAE244 (Green Belt) Courses:
If a participant wishes to cancel his/her registration in a Six Sigma Green Belt class without penalty, OD and the participant's manager must be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the class. If cancellation notice is received inside of this 4-week window and no replacement is identified by the participant's manager, or if you fail to show-up for the class, a cancellation fee of $1800 will be applied. Participants attending Week 1 and not attending the subsequent week will be charged the full tuition of the course.

Amended Cancellation Policy for QUAE344 (Black Belt) Courses:
If a participant wishes to cancel his/her registration in the 2-week Six Sigma Black Belt class without penalty, OD and the participant's manager must be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the first week of class. If cancellation notice is received inside of this 4-week window and no replacement is identified by the participant's manager, or if you fail to show-up for the class, a cancellation fee of $3600 will be applied. Participants attending Week 1 and not attending the subsequent week, will be charged the full tuition of the course.
